Kelli Jackson serves as Manager, Strategy & Operations at Urban Logistics Realty, where she focuses on aligning business processes, people, and systems to support continued growth.
She brings more than two decades of experience in operations and administrative leadership, with a background spanning accounting, human resources, and operations. Her well-rounded perspective allows her to streamline processes, support the executive team, and drive organizational efficiency across all levels of the business.
Prior to joining ULR, Kelli played a key role in scaling a CPA firm from 7 to over 160 employees, building the operational foundation needed to support that rapid growth. She holds a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Denver.
