Description
David Heard is an associate at Urban Logistics Realty. His primary responsibilities include support due diligence efforts for development opportunities and assisting development managers with project oversight during construction.
Prior to joining ULR, David was an analyst at Vista Property Company, where he underwrote new acquisitions, managed owned assets, and served and both a landlord and tenant representation broker.
Outside of work, David’s hobbies include barbeque and the Dallas Mavericks. He is also involved in his church, The Village Northway, where he spends time in youth ministry.
