Description
Zach serves as Vice President of South/Central Texas for Urban Logistics Realty, where he has led the charge on all developments in the Houston and Austin/San Antonio areas for ULR. Zach originally joined ULR in 2019 and gained experience in all aspects of development, including sourcing, construction management, leasing, and disposition. Prior to joining ULR, Zach worked for a boutique student housing firm in Richmond, VA. In this role, he was focused on financing and development of assets in various markets across the country. He earned his MBA at SMU with a focus in Real Estate & Finance. He’s an active member of NAIOP, serving as the President-Elect of the Developing Leaders Board for the North Texas chapter.
