Description
Daniel Telaneus is a Development Associate at Urban Logistics Realty, where he supports the full lifecycle of industrial development projects—from identifying new land acquisition opportunities through project delivery. His responsibilities include sourcing development opportunities, coordinating due diligence, assisting with entitlements and predevelopment activities, supporting capital and financing efforts, and working alongside the development team to advance projects through construction and completion. Prior to joining ULR, Daniel worked for the federal government, where he managed multilateral international programs to facilitate and achieve U.S national security objectives, fostering expertise in relationship management, risk mitigation and creative problem solving. Outside of work, Daniel spends his time with his wife, daughter, pup, and family who live nearby. Daniel loves all things sports, outdoors, and travel.
