Description
As Vice President of Development, Max McCauley supports the growth and execution of Urban Logistics Realty’s industrial development platform in Houston, Texas, by fostering strategic relationships, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating across all phases of the development process. He works closely with municipalities, brokers, consultants, contractors, and clients to advance projects while ensuring strong communication and collaboration.
Prior to joining Urban Logistics Realty, Max led market development initiatives for Allied Fire Protection, where he was responsible for identifying growth opportunities, expanding client relationships, and building internal teams across Texas, Tennessee, and Florida. His experience in building strategic partnerships and driving business growth provides a strong foundation to support Urban Logistics Realty’s continued growth.
Max earned a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas and an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
