Description
Drew Feagin serves as the Chief Development Officer (CDO) for Urban Logistics Realty. Drew previously served as the Director of North Texas at Urban Logistics Realty, where he led the due diligence, construction, leasing, and capital markets efforts associated with each Dallas/Fort-Worth development. Drew has been instrumental in developing ULR’s investment strategy. Prior to joining ULR, Drew worked within the Dallas Industrial Division of Stream Realty Partners as a Vice President, where he was responsible for project leasing, development, tenant representation, and acquisition / disposition services.
