Adam has been active in the real estate industry for 15 years previously serving as a Senior Managing Director at HFF and Jones Lange Lasalle from 2005 to 2019. In his role at both firms, Adam was the leader of the industrial investment advisory team in the Dallas office. He has completed the capitalization of a broad range of industrial assets and land with a focus on institutional-grade assets across North America. Industrial-related transactions have included single-asset and portfolio-level sale transactions, joint venture equity placement for acquisitions and development as well as recapitalizations, construction financing, conventional permanent financing, bridge financing, mezzanine debt, revolving lines of credit and crossed asset portfolio loan facilities.
Mr. Herrin has successfully closed more than $8.5 billion in commercial real estate transactions throughout the course of his career. Mr Herrin is actively involved with a number of professional organizations both locally and nationally and has held leadership roles in each of them. He currently serves on the D/FW Board of NAIOP, Forum Member of NAIOP (national), Product Council for Urban Land Institute, and The Real Estate Council. He also holds a position as a Board of Directors for the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association, Southwest Conference Hall of Fame Board, and is an active member of the Rice Alumni Lettermen Association.
