Description
Ross Owen serves as the Vice President of Construction at ULR, bringing over eight years of experience in the real estate development and construction industry. In his role, Ross oversees all aspects of construction and plays a key role in the pre-development process, including feasibility analysis and entitlements.
Prior to joining ULR, Ross began his career at National Property Holdings, where he advanced to Director of Development over a five-year tenure. He most recently served as Director of Construction at Molto Properties for three years, where he successfully managed several speculative industrial developments across various markets within the State of Texas.
Ross is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Texas A&M University, College Station, Class of 2016, holding a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science with a Minor in Business. He actively contributes to his community by serving on his local MUD board and enjoys hunting, fishing, and all things outdoors in his free time.
