With 20 years of experience, Jason A. Nunley is a seasoned veteran of the business and previously has served as a Vice President - Development at Jackson-Shaw from 2007-2018. In his role at Jackson-Shaw, Jason was responsible for all aspects of the development cycle from identifying potential development sites, assisting with procuring financing, site layout and design and construction to marketing and leasing. His development experience includes both speculative and build to suit projects for both the private sector and the federal government focusing on projects in Texas. Over the course of Jason’s career, he has been responsible for sourcing, planning, developing, leasing and selling 36 buildings totaling over 3.5 million SF with a capitalization of over $250,000,000.
Mr. Nunley serves in leadership roles for a number of professional organizations including being on the Board of the National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals, serving on a Product Council for the Urban Land Institute, and numerous positions with The Real Estate Council (TREC) and TREC Foundation.
He holds a BS in Construction Management from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University
